1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the HYPR Electric platform operated by Ecoverve Technologies Private Limited. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.

2. Definitions

"HYPR Electric" refers to Ecoverve Technologies Private Limited, the operator of the HYPR Electric platform. "Services" include EV rentals, investment portfolios, franchise opportunities, charging solutions, and retrofit services. "User" refers to any person accessing or using the platform.

3. EV Rentals

Rental agreements are governed by a separate rental contract. Users must provide valid ID proof, address proof, and a refundable security deposit where applicable. Daily, weekly, and monthly rental plans are available. Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Investment Services

Investment portfolios start from ₹45 Lakhs (100 EVs). All investments are asset-backed and registered in the investor's name. Returns are based on daily rider collections minus managed services fees. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. HYPR Electric manages all procurement, deployment, insurance, and maintenance.

5. Franchise Opportunities

Franchise agreements are governed by a separate franchise contract. FOCO (Franchise Owned Company Operated) model is available. Territory rights are protected and subject to due diligence.

6. EV Retrofit Services

Retrofit services use ARAI/ICAT-certified kits. Conversion timelines are estimates and may vary by vehicle condition. RTO approvals are handled by HYPR but subject to government processing times.

7. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information during registration. Any misuse of the platform, fraud, or misrepresentation may result in termination of services and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

HYPR Electric shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the HYPR Electric platform are owned by Ecoverve Technologies Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
